The William Glasser Memorial Foundation was established to provide comprehensive support for individuals in disadvantaged environments, including material and emotional support, and to promote the realization of fulfilling lives for people through Choice Theory. Achievement makes a donation of 500 yen to the foundation for every new participant who takes the "Road to the Top" course (implemented since July 2014).

Achievement Group donated a total of 3,145,292 yen as a donation to support the victims of the March 11 earthquake in Japan and to the Japanese Red Cross Society. As a result of this donation, the group received the Gold Medal of Honor from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Japanese Red Cross Society. The group continues to engage in donation activities as a member of the Tokyo Red Cross Society's Kongo-ju-yukokai. We will continue to contribute to society through various activities in the future.

Achievement Corporation engages in various donation activities to contribute to society, in addition to donations to the Japanese Red Cross Society.

Achievement Corporation supports the Women Entrepreneurs Association, a non-profit organization that aims to promote the active participation of women in society and ensure that all women lead a prosperous life both materially and spiritually. The company is a sponsor member of this organization and provides support for its activities.

Ninomiya Kinjiro was a historical figure who worked to revitalize rural areas in the southeast Tohoku region of Japan from the end of the Edo period. His ideas and methodologies are similar to those taught in courses offered by Achievement. As a sponsor, the company supported a biographical film that dramatically portrays the life of Ninomiya Kinjiro.

It is said that one-third of the food produced in the world is wasted and not consumed. To change this reality of food loss, director David Gross has taken action. He travels throughout Japan, carefully selecting ingredients from discarded food and developing original and creative recipes to serve delicious meals to people he meets along the way. This project is a documentary film that compiles his journey. Achievement provided production support for the movie "MOTTAINAI Kitchen."

The non-profit international education support organization, provides educational support to developing countries such as Cambodia. They do not provide "hardware" support such as buildings and supplies, but rather "software" support such as developing teachers, industry personnel, entrepreneurs, and assisting in establishing the country's system. Achievement also contributes to this cause by providing funds, as a means to deliver essential education to the world.

JIFH carries out emergency relief activities such as distributing emergency food packs, wheat flour, and vaccines to those who are still struggling to live while fighting hunger and poverty or those caught up in conflicts. It is said that there are one billion such people in the world. At Achievement, we support the activities of JIFH to help these people.

As part of its support for developing countries, Achievement has donated a middle school building to Cambodia, named "Achievement School", with the cooperation of Mr. Miki Watanabe, the representative director of the School Aid Japan public foundation. The school was established with the aim of providing educational opportunities and an environment for the improvement of human character to as many children as possible in Cambodia, where educational opportunities are not evenly provided.

Presented a kindergarten building in Cambodia as part of support for developing countries. With the cooperation of Mr. Miki Watanabe, representative director of the School Aid Japan public interest foundation, we have presented a kindergarten building in Cambodia. Following the presentation of the middle school building, we will continue to provide opportunities for more children to experience high-quality education from a young age and have the chance to live a rich life.

We are supporting the Miyako Island clean-up project organized by the Tokyo Boy Scouts Setagaya 25th group and Kokushikan Rover Club, with the aim of promoting environmental protection awareness.

We provided support for the Japan national team of electric wheelchair soccer to participate in the World Cup. Electric wheelchair soccer is a sport that has been gaining attention in Japan in recent years, where players attach a foot guard to the front of their electric wheelchairs and play using a joystick-like controller that they operate with their hands or chin, instead of kicking the ball with their feet.

We support the "4th Girls' Student Essay Contest" sponsored by the Fukushima Women Entrepreneurs Plaza. This project aims to encourage female students in Fukushima Prefecture to create new businesses and cultivate powerful and innovative female leaders, as well as to regain a bright and cheerful Fukushima after the earthquake and nuclear disaster in March 2011. The contest calls for essays from female students who will pave the way for the future.

We are supporting the world-renowned adventurer Yuichiro Miura successfully climbed the world's highest peak, Mount Everest, at the age of 80. We are cheering on this project as a special supporter.

We supported the "Most Important Company in Japan" Award, born from the best-selling series by Professor Koji Sakamoto of Hosei University Graduate School, as a sponsoring company. Our representative, Satoshi Aoki also served as a judge and we supported the realization of the award's philosophy of "increasing the number of companies that practice management that brings happiness to people".

Under the title "3to1 Project," we support drivers aiming for Formula 1, from Formula 3 to GP2, Formula Nippon, and Formula 1. We not only provide our company's unique technology for drivers to achieve their goals, but we also served as the main partner of the "Achievement All Japan F3 Championship" from 2010 to 2012, which was the first time in 18 years since Panasonic became the main partner.
The Achievement scholarship recipients, Ryo Hirakawa, Yushi Kuniomo, Takashi Kobayashi, Yuichi Nakayama, and Alexandre Imperatori, a former driver for ACHIEVEMENT by KCMG, have stepped up from F3 to Super Formula (formerly Formula Nippon).

We hosted foreign exchange students from Victoria Academy, a Japanese language school, for a two-week program where they experienced tasks such as seminar preparation and product shipping. They had the opportunity to learn how Achievement's corporate philosophy of "pursuit of excellence" is applied to each individual task.

We accepted middle school students from Shinagawa ward for a workplace experience program. They were able to experience tasks such as seminar preparation and product shipping, and learn about the joy and challenges of working, as well as the social significance and role of Achievement.

We accepted middle school students for the "Shinagawa Workplace Tour" hosted by the Tokyo Junior Chamber. The theme for the day was "Fostering a Sense of Occupation." Through lectures and other activities by our employees, we conveyed the significance of "working" and, at the end, had the students present their "future dreams."

In addition to the above, Achievement Corporation engages in various donation activities for organizations and contributes to society.

During a company-wide trip to Guam from March 7th to 9th, we conducted a beach clean-up activity. As a result, we were recognized by the Guam Visitors Bureau for our efforts.

The video produced by our planning and marketing department's video team as part of our recruitment consulting efforts won the top prize, the "Gold Prize," in the external communication category! We are extremely honored that our company's focus on "consistency with purpose" was recognized in the video production process.

Ikesai is a famous design gallery site that web designers use as a reference for web design. Numerous websites produced by our planning and marketing department's web team are featured on the site, ranging from our own company website to sites produced as part of our recruitment consulting services.
